How it works
Booking Process
A clear, step-by-step look at how a new flight-booking call with flightbookingconnect works.

Review needed: confirm this workflow matches the service actually provided ([DESCRIBE THE SERVICE PROVIDED]).
1. Prepare before you call
Gather your departure city, destination, preferred travel dates, how flexible those dates are, the number of travelers, and whether you want a one-way or round-trip itinerary. Having these ready keeps the conversation focused.
2. Discuss your travel needs
When you call, our team will ask about your trip and preferences, such as timing and cabin preference. Options discussed depend on what is actually available for your dates.
3. Review the itinerary
Before anything is finalized, you should review the proposed itinerary carefully: dates, times, cities, connections, and traveler names.
4. Review applicable charges and terms
You will be told the applicable charges and booking terms before you decide whether to proceed, including any terms set by the travel provider and our own service-fee policy ([SERVICE FEE POLICY]). Ask questions about anything that is unclear.
5. Understand confirmation before proceeding
A phone call on its own does not create a booking. Make sure you understand how and when a booking is confirmed, and what confirmation you will receive, before agreeing to proceed. You are free to decide not to proceed.
